No Will, this is for Tiger. Are you having some sort of trouble getting the action to work? Have you enabled GUI scripting?

why is it when i run the script it opens up my pages in seperate window instead of in tabs??

Excellent. I especially love that it can append the tabs after those already open instead of starting with an empty window…now if only I could figure out how to get Safari to do that when I right-click a folder of bookmarks and ask it to “Open in Tabs”!

does not work for me with Safari 3.0.4 on Tiger 10.4.11 - any chance it needs an update?

Eric - I just testing this out with a simple workflow and it appears to be working fine in Safari 3.0.4 / Tiger 10.4.11. What problem are you seeing and what does your workflow look like?
