Display Webpages in Tabs

**Function:** Displays webpages in Safari, using multiple tabs if the user has enabled this option.

**Notes**: To see webpages appear in tabs, you must enabled tabbed browsing in Safari and select "in a new tab in the current window" option for opening links from applications.
