The Find and Replace says it’s in Demo mode - where’s the demo? It doesn’t do anything. It merely runs the workflow with no changes.

I thought this find/replace would work well for stripping tables from HTML and replacing with divs. But, I’m having a problem. It doesn’t want to replace the - I guess because /t stands for tab. So, I first told the automator to find all the “/” and replace with a “~”. Then I ran all my search/replaces and at the end, I had it replace the “~” back with the “/”. Strangely, I still have a bunch of .
Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Sorry. Looks like some of my message got stripped above when trying to type greaterthan-slash-tr-lessthan (the end tag for a table row).
